WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

We endeavour to dispatch non-personalised (plain garment) orders within 2-3 working days of cleared payment, subject to stock availability. For embroidered and printed goods please allow an additional 5-7 working days depending on our current workload. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you and may offer you an alternative product to speed up your order.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you have made a mistake on an order, please contact us as soon as possible as we may be able to make a change. If an order has started to be processed including logo setup, we will be unable to make any changes to your order.

CAN I GET SAMPLES?

All garment samples are chargeable. If you require a sample prior to proceeding with your order, please order this via our website or contact our sales team. You can return the samples within 14 days to be refunded as per our terms and conditions, or they can be used as part of your main order.

WE ORDER REGULARLY, CAN WE GET SPECIAL PRICES?

If you order regularly, we offer a managed account or trade account. This is ideal for businesses who order on a regular basis and with over 50 team members. We can cater for smaller size businesses also. This account will provide you with your own dedicated bulk pricing.

WILL YOU SEND ME A PROOF BEFORE STARTING AN ORDER?

If this is your first order, we will send a visual for approval prior to us commencing. For embroidered logos, we will run off a swatch and email you a photo for approval prior to us putting the logo on your chosen garments. If the approval of the embroidered logo is delayed, your dispatch date may change. We provide 1 artwork revision free of charge, following revisions are chargeable. If you have a repeat order, we do not send a new proof across to you.

WHAT FORMAT DO YOU REQUIRE FOR ARTWORK?

We can accept the following formats for your logo, JPEG, GIF, BMP, TIF, PNG, PDF, EPS, AI. Should you require a specific colour, please ensure this is saved in the file or is noted on your order.

SHOULD I CHOOSE PRINT OR EMBROIDERY?

Embroidered logos look professional and are hard wearing, being extremely resistant to wash cycles. We are able to embroider upto 15 different colours within a logo. Print is ideal for larger quantities or larger logos, offering high quality and definition, with unlimited colours available.

WHAT IS THE SETUP COST?

When ordering a new logo for the first time, there is an origination setup fee of £15 applied to your \r\norder per logo. This covers setting your logo up into the format required for our embroidery & printing \r\nmachines. \r\nOnce you have paid for the origination fee, you will not be charged this again on subsequent orders \r\nyou place via your account. If you upload your logo again or make any amendments there will be a \r\nnew origination charge.

HOW BIG WILL MY DESIGN BE?

Unless you advise us of a required size, we will work out the best size for your design. This will be on the artwork proof that we send you. If you would like your logo in a different size, please let the us know.

CAN I EMBROIDER ANYTHING?

We can embroider virtually any garment, including caps, hats, fleeces, jackets and trousers. Embroidery can be in various positions, including sleeves, backs and breasts.

HOW MANY EMBROIDERED LOGOS CAN I HAVE?

We can embroider as many logos as you require.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR EMBROIDERY?

The cost to add an embroidered logo starts from £1.95 per logo. This is based on a stitch count upto \r\n10,000 stitches. Larger logos are subject to a higher cost. Most breast size logos fit within this small \r\nlogo price category. \r\nRear / large logos start from £3.75 per logo, this is based on a stitch count upto 20,000 stitches. High stitch count logos are priced separately.

WHAT METHODS DO YOU USE FOR PRINTING?

We use various printing methods, this includes screen printing, transfer printing, Direct To Garment (DTG) printing and the most popular Direct To Film (DTF) printing. DTF printing is an advanced printing method printing your design onto a special film, then transferring it onto the chosen garments using heat. DTF printing offers high quality, durable and unlimited colour printing onto a wide range of garment types.

WHAT CAN WE PRINT?

We can print on most items of clothing, from polos to caps, and hiviz to jackets. We are unable to print on fleeces.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR PRINTING?

The cost to add a printed logo to your garments starts from £1.95 per logo based on a single colour print. If you require a multicolour logo, prices start from £3.65 per logo.

WHAT ARE YOUR LEADTIMES FOR FLAGS & BANNERS?

The standard leadtime for flags and banners is 5-7 working days from artwork approval until dispatch.

DO YOU OFFER DIFFERENT SIZES?

We offer a number of standard sizes available – please see each individual product for details. If you require a bespoke size that is not listed, please get in touch with us for a quote.

CAN I USE THE FLAGS & BANNERS OUTSIDE?

Yes, we use outside grade materials for all of our banners and flags.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We operate from 2 sites. Our main site and head office is in Okehampton, which orders can be collected from. We have a warehouse in Hereford also, this site only offers deliveries, no collections can be made from this site. From our sites, we cover the whole of the UK.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

Our office hours are Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 5pm, Friday 9.00am – 4.30pm. Shop hours are Monday - Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm.\r\nWe are closed on weekends and Bank Holidays.
