Branding Hut offer several delivery options, where we ship the majority of deliveries with our main delivery partner DPD. The options available will depend on the items in your basket and if you are having the items personalised.
All UK mainland deliveries are sent on a next day service, 99% of our deliveries do arrive the next day, however this is not a guaranteed service and they may take 2-3 days to arrive especially during busy periods.
Our courier will notify you by email (and text if we have been provided with a mobile number) an estimated day and time slot to expect your delivery. If you are unavailable to accept delivery, there will be a link you can advise the courier of a safe place, leave with a neighbour, deliver a different day or collect from a pickup point. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
Plain Garments delivery
Orders that contain only plain items are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days.
Cost £7.50
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is available for all orders.
Our current turnaround time for personalised clothing is 6-9 working days.
Cost: £7.50
Express
If you need your garments quicker, we offer an express service (subject to our current workload), where we aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days.
Cost: £7.50 plus £3.50 per garment.
Click and collect
Click and collect will be shown as an option if you are within a certain postcode radius of our production sites in Okehampton or Hereford. Your order will be completed on our standard delivery times of 6-9 working days.
Cost: FREE
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands / Isle of Mann incur additional costs, and delivery may take an additional 2 working days.
European & Worldwide Delivery

Duty Payments
Products delivered to international destinations (including Europe) may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who’s ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges
